Project Assistant
The administrative operations and support functions in projects are the responsibility of the Project Assistant. S/he is in charge of organizing project events and meetings, as well as the administration and execution of logistical arrangements and follow-up. S/he collects and produces meeting inputs, project reports, presentations, and communication materials, as well as processes operations in support of recruiting and procurement actions and maintains contractor contracts. He is in charge of keeping the project’s file system up to date.
